Quick blocks

Before session
  • Strong opener scene with pressure.
  • 3 NPCs with motivations and a leverage point.
  • 2 locations that can be revisited.
  • One escalation timer (time, heat, hunger, sanity spiral, etc.).
During session
  • Rotate spotlight intentionally.
  • State stakes before rolls.
  • End scenes early once outcomes are clear.
