• Dice rolling with system-specific rules

• AI-assisted content generation (where available)

3. User Accounts

5. Intellectual Property

RPG Stack respects the intellectual property of tabletop RPG publishers. Game system names, mechanics, and related content are the property of their respective owners. RPG Stack provides tools compatible with these systems but is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

The RPG Stack platform, including its design, code, and original content, is our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

RPG Stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data for a reasonable period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
