- Choose Tradition (or Orphan/Hollow One)
- Distribute Attributes: 7/5/3 across Physical/Social/Mental
- Distribute Abilities: 13/9/5 across Talents/Skills/Knowledges
- Assign Advantages: 7 Background dots, 6 Sphere dots, Arete 1
- Spend 15 Freebie Points
- Define Focus (Paradigm, Practice, and Instruments)
