In Night City's world of surveillance, espionage, and paranoia, Lip Reading lets you eavesdrop from across a crowded room, through soundproof glass, or via silent security camera footage. Lip Reading uses your INT stat and is a niche but powerful intelligence-gathering skill. While most edgerunners rely on bugs and hacking for surveillance, Lip Reading requires no technology, leaves no trace, and can't be detected by counter-surveillance sweeps.
