Definition
Prestigious Sire means your vampiric parent is a figure of note in Kindred society. This can open doors, grant introductions, and provide a measure of protection through association. However, it also brings scrutiny and expectations. The prestige of your sire affects how other vampires initially perceive you. You may be granted audiences that others would be denied, but you're also expected to uphold your sire's reputation.
How it works
**Effect**: Bonus to social rolls when your sire's name carries weight. May grant automatic introductions to certain Kindred.
**Drawback**: Your actions reflect on your sire. Failures and scandals can damage the relationship.
**Cost**: 1-2 dots depending on the sire's prominence.
