Definition

A safety tool where 'Lines' are content that will never appear in the game, and 'Veils' are content that can happen but will be glossed over (fade to black).

In our Session Zero, we established: Lines = violence toward children, torture scenes. Veils = romance/sex (happens but we fade to black).

Origin & History

From the book 'Sex and Sorcery' by Ron Edwards (2002).
